Manufacturing is carried out on a continuous 5 day 120 hour operation, with the flexibility for additional capacity as required to meet our customers
needs. We are equally confident working with customer supplied tooling or being involved at the concept of new products and project managing
right through to manufacture. Our moulding shop utilises state of the art injection moulding technology coupled with robotic handling. We process
a large range of polymers stretching from Polythene to PEEK. We operate a vigorous investment policy replacing old machines for new on a regular basis. Added to this we have a fully manned and equipped second operations and assembly area, enabling us to offer a complete sub assembly service after moulding, complimenting our paint spraying, hot-foil and tampo printing services.
