Any quality injection moulding is highly dependant on the product design, tool design and tool manufacture. At APIC our Technical Department is able to offer a complete project management service to ensure all aspects of design, tooling & process are carried out to give optimum results. We utilise the latest technologies in Moldflow, CAD-CAM, prototyping, rapid tooling, polymer technology and injection moulding to meet our customer objectives.

We can source tooling on a global basis allowing our customers the opportunity of more cost effective pricing. However, as many of our customers employ concurrent engineering methodology, we are very confident in the designs and manufacturing capabilities of APIC's preferred UK tooling suppliers.
